PRIVACY POLICY – Fast Loan - Instant Loan Calc

This Privacy Policy explains how the "Fast Loan - Instant Loan Calc" mobile application ("the App", "we", "us", "our") handles information when you use it. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
1. ABOUT THE APP
Fast Loan - Instant Loan Calc is an educational and guidance app only. It provides loan information, EMI and affordability calculators, credit score education and general learning content. We are NOT a bank, lender, NBFC, loan agent or financial advisor. We do not provide, arrange, approve or recommend any loan or financial service. All interest rates and figures shown in the App are illustrative, for learning purposes only.
2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not ask for and do not collect:
- Your name, phone number, email address or home address
- PAN, Aadhaar, passport or any government ID
- Bank account, card, UPI or login details
- Your real credit score or credit report
- Contacts, photos, SMS, call logs or precise location
The App does not require you to create an account.
3. INFORMATION YOU ENTER IN THE APP
The App may ask optional questions (for example, the type of loan you want to learn about, how you earn, an income range, and how well you know your credit score), and you may enter values into calculators (loan amount, interest rate, tenure, income).
- This information is used only to personalise the educational content shown to you.
- It is processed on your device and is not sent to our servers.
- We do not sell, share or store this information on any server.
- It is cleared when the App is closed or uninstalled.
4. ADVERTISING
The App is free and shows advertisements, including banner, native and rewarded ads, provided by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob. These partners may automatically collect certain information from your device, such as:
- Device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / Advertising ID on Android), where permitted
- IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from it
- Device type, operating system, app version and language
- Ad interactions (views, clicks) and diagnostic data
This information is used by the ad partners to show ads, measure ad performance, limit repeated ads, prevent fraud and, where you allow it, show personalised ads.
On iOS, the App will ask your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before your advertising identifier is used for tracking. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", you will still see ads, but they will be less personalised. You can change this anytime in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Rewarded ads are optional. If you choose to watch one, the reward is only in-app educational content (for example, bonus lessons or insights). Rewards never include money, loans, credit or any financial benefit.

5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The App may mention official websites (for example, credit bureaus) for your information. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party website or service. Please read their privacy policies before sharing any information with them.
6. DATA SECURITY
Because we do not collect personal information on our servers, the risk to your data is minimal. Information handled by advertising partners is protected under their own security practices and privacy policies.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, withdraw consent, or opt out of personalised advertising. As we do not store your personal data on our servers, most requests relate to our advertising partners. You can:
- Limit ad tracking in your device settings
- Reset your advertising identifier

9. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE
Nothing in the App is financial, legal or tax advice. Always confirm rates, fees and terms directly with a regulated financial institution before making any decision.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Effective date". Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
